Returns & Exchange Process (UAE)

At Dream Girl, we strive to make your return process seamless and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to return or exchange your item:

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via phone at +971 4 5540259 (available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM) to start your return request.

2. Alternatively, you can log into your DG account and create a return request, or email us at operationsmena@justrightbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. We will arrange for our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, with the original packaging (plastic bag or brand box) and tags still attached.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders

For orders paid via credit/debit card, we offer refunds to the original payment method.
